Frequently asked questions
Birthday Boat Party FAQs
Helpful details for planning your celebration in Punta Cana.
Can we bring our own birthday cake or food onboard?
Tell us what you would like to bring when requesting your quote. We will confirm arrangements for your chosen boat, including serving space and any food restrictions. A cake and simple birthday decorations are already included on every boat featured on this page.
How far in advance should I book a birthday boat party?
Contact us as soon as you know your date and approximate guest count, especially if you have a particular boat or decoration theme in mind. We will check availability and confirm the booking requirements with your quote.
Are a cake and birthday decorations included?
Yes. A cake and simple birthday decorations are included on every boat listed in our Recommended Boats for Birthday Parties section. If you would like a custom cake or more elaborate decorations, tell us what you have in mind and we will quote those upgrades separately.
Can we arrange a DJ or a photographer?
Ask us to include DJ, photography or drone options in your birthday quote. Availability, pricing and suitability depend on the boat and date; these services are not automatically included.
Can children join a family birthday charter?
Share the number and ages of children before booking so the team can recommend a suitable boat and confirm boarding arrangements and life jackets. Children need adult supervision throughout the trip.
What happens if it rains on the day of my birthday charter?
Contact our team about the conditions for your departure. Port operating decisions are made by the Harbor Master; a forecast of rain alone does not determine cancellation. Review our booking and cancellation terms before confirming.
