After booking, you’ll receive a pickup window. A reminder is sent the day before with final details.

Transportation covers Punta Cana, Bávaro, and Uvero Alto areas. For shared tours, transfers are not included and cost $15 per person. For private tours, the price depends on the number of passengers and pickup location.

No passport needed — just bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking. A clear picture of your ID on your phone is also accepted.

Yes. Shared tours require a $50 deposit to secure your spot. Private tours require a $500 deposit, with the balance due on the day of the trip.
